Certification Testing

Professional certification certainly is a tempting goal - it may open up opportunities in your current job, give your resume a boost from the pile on a potential employer's desk, or allow you to install certain brands of hardware and software. Certification is an official acknowledgement of your proficiency with a certain set of skills, occupation, software or software suite, and more. Willingness to take the time and make the effort to achieve certification shows current and potential employers and customers your dedication as well as occupational skills.

Pearson VuePearson VUE is a computer-based testing business unit that works with companies seeking to regulate and standardize their certification exams. Team

Certification
Drake Hardware & Software employees are tasked to get certifications every year. Our certifications range from Peachtree software, QuickBooks, Adobe applications, and Microsoft certifications.
We are now comprised of two testing rooms offering Pearson VUE and Prometric certification tests.
The certification and assessment markets are designed to validate knowledge levels and skill sets to prove job capabilities and to protect companies from those who would be fraudulent. The parameters of the test vary from subject to subject - but in the case of many, such as computer hardware and software certification, tests are administered electronically at the Drake Hardware & Software testing center.
Our testing center is open Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, and Friday 8am-4pm. Testing centers are closed from 12pm-1pm for lunch. Attaining certification then is a simple matter of registering with either Prometric or Pearson VUE and take your test in one of Drake's testing rooms.
