Remote Support
Drake Hardware & Software has the ability to remotely access your computer to provide a way for you to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computer.
Instructions:
- Call Drake H&S to contact a consultant
- Click the Splashtop Remote Support link above or go to sos.splashtop.com
- Click run after the file has downloaded
- Note: If the file does not automatically download click the "Windows download" link.
- Wait for the software to launch, this will take a minute
- A window will open that has a 9 digit code, give this code to your consultant
- From there your consultant can see your screen and run your computer
Instructions:
- Call Drake H&S to contact a consultant
- Click the ConnectWise Control Support link above or go to https://cwa-drakehs.screenconnect.com/
- Enter the code given to you by a consultant then click the 'arrow to the right' or press the [ Enter ] key
- Click run after the file has downloaded
- Wait for the software to launch, this will take a minute
- When prompted with a User Account Control window click the [ Yes ] button to allow the app to make changes
- Once you see the "You have successfully connected to your session" message let the consultant know so they can remotely access your screen and run your computer
